Any and all Personal Information constituting a database that may easily identify specific personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") that SEKISUI is authorized to disclose, correct, add to, omit, discontinue to use, delete or discontinue to provide to a third party, except for any data prescribed by laws and regulations as adversely affecting the public or other interests if its existence becomes known, or any data that is supposed to be deleted within six (6) months.
